Converting all that paperwork to a digital format will save you office space and provide you with the security of having back-up records. Digital files can easily be searched, printed out, emailed, or even uploaded to the internet or a database for convenient accessibility. Rather than re-typing every piece of data into a computer, Creative Edge will scan each page and create high resolution PDF files that any computer can read.  All of your files will then be grouped and labeled according to their original organization. An index will be included on the cover of each CD-ROM and you will be given a printed Table of Contents for easy referencing.
